Foothills Community Care and Red Coral Seafood have partnered together to provide a free Father’s Day feast this year with our The Big Fathers Day Drive 2021.
This coming Fathers Day will be different in so many ways to any other time, as we are in restrictions and lockdown, isolating, distancing ourselves and not able to come together and celebrate with loved ones like many normally would.
We have come together with charity groups, Melbourne businesses and our amazing volunteers to deliver meals and hampers to Melbournians experiencing social isolation and hardship in the outer eastern suburbs this Father’s Day.
Our special Big Father’s Day Drive 2021 is not only for dads, will offer locals in the outer easter suburbs of Melbourne* fresh gourmet cooked meals and hampers, either delivered or picked up to bring some extra cheer and love.
*Area includes the Dandenong Ranges, Knox and nearby areas, see our map on the nomination form for a full list of suburbs delivered to.

These special Father’s Day meals and hamper packs are not just available for fathers but for ANYONE in the outer eastern area this father’s day.

Meals will be delivered freshly cooked, by our team of dedicated volunteers on Saturday September 4, the day before Father’s Day. They can then be reheated and served for a special Father’s Day feast.
Our team of top chefs have put together a great menu that includes:
- Roast Lamb, seasonal vegetables with a cheese sauce
- Roast Lamb, seasonal vegetables (DF GF)
- Barramundi Curry, seafood dish, (DF GF)
- Thai Yellow Chickpea Curry, (GF DF Vegan)
And for dessert:
- Waffles for you to top yourself
Meal recipients will also receive a special care package that will include some great luxury pamper products from our friends at Pinchapoo as well as some other treats to make the day special.

Red Coral Seafood, has partnered in The Great Fathers Day Drive right from the initial concept, bringing advocacy and support for the hospitality industry, donating incredible luxury ingredients and getting 100% behind supporting the community. Red Coral, which supplies supermarkets and restaurants across the state as well as a retail shop in Bayswater, is a long-standing supporter of Victorian fishermen and women.
Pinchapoo is a not-for-profit that distributes rescued toiletries and personal hygiene products to those in need, and have provided our luxury pamper packs for the day.
A local based food packaging company that have been supporting us for many years now. They have provided all the food packaging containers for the meals.
A local food business that uses the best freshly sourced organic ingredients to produce healthy, delicious meals. They have kindly produced our Barramundi Curry, seafood dish and Thai Yellow Chickpea Curry.
Our local Rotary club here in Ferntree Gully have been supporters of us for many years now. They are providing special father's day gift items as part of our care packages.
Our good friends at Knox have provided a grant to enable us to help produce our delicious meals in these difficult times.
